All Returns must be accompanied by an RMA issued from America’s Best Alarms including a tracking number.
RMA must be requested within 30 days of original order date.
Items must be in new condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap unless an “Open Item Authorization” has been issued.
If a sent package does not have a tracking number or if an RMA has not been issued, you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
America’s Best Alarms will make a determination of defective equipment or other reason for return. Defective equipment will be replaced at no charge to consumer.
If a refund is requested without an RMA or using our return label, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.
